Re-enrolment for 2012

2012 Re-enrolment Information Sessions will be held in October. 2011 sessions are detailed below:

Dates for re-enrolment for 2013 (Summer Semester, Semester One and Semester Two) will be released towards the conclusion of Semester Two 2012.
Students must re-enrol for 2013 by the closing date (TBA). Failure to do so will incur a $250 late enrolment fee or cancellation of your enrolment.
Please note that if you currently have an enrolment sanction on your record you will be unable to make changes until this sanction is lifted by the faculty. If you do have a sanction, please contact the Commerce Student Centre for advice.
Your study plan
You may complete your enrolment by choosing subject/s to be placed in your study plan and then enrolling into the subject/s.
Choosing subjects
If you are having dificulties such as not being able to find a match when choosing subjects in your study plan - you may be searching in the wrong component in the study plan. Try going back into the study plan and read the headers carefully to see if the component type (example: Breadth Level 2/Commerce Level 2 & 3/Commerce & Breadth Level 1 etc.) matches the subject you are trying to add.
Alternatively in order to determine if you are in the right component, you could also leave all of the search fields blank and run a search that way. This will give you a list of all possible subjects that may be added into that component.
Dropping subjects
In order to remove or change subjects on your study plan, if the subject appears as planned, you will be able to swap the subject in the Add/swap subjects screen. If you are trying to change an enrolled subject, you will have to navigate to the Drop/Withdraw subjects screen. These links are located under the Managing my Enrolment header in the Admin tab in your Student Portal.
Please note that when dropping subjects, you must also drop any subject it may be linked to. You will come across an error message if you do not do this. If this happens, go back into the Drop subjects screen and make sure you have selected the subject/s it is linked to.
Other issues
Please note that for issues involving difficulties with adding major/s, not having enough space to add subjects at a certain Level, moving into the new breadth rules and the like, please call or come in to the Commerce Student Centre.
